it's always us. always.

just when you're struggling and doing all your might to secure that one more mark just to cross that life-changing boundary, they have to come up with another bitter pill for us to swallow. 50 days or less, perfect. 17A1s and it's almighty? NO.

SAY HELLO TO A+, fellow spm candidates of 2009. yes, i'm talking about the monkeys of 1992, the batch with the most ROTTEN luck possible. has it dawned to you that we're always the unfortunate ones? civic? now with the implementation of a new grading system just less than 2 months before spm? all that chase for A1 seems insignificant now.

i'm not pulling your legs, hell was i dumbfounded when i read through the news too. i even read it for 5 times yet still in denial. see it for yourself here : http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/10/3/nation/4835675&sec=nation

worse still, there's no specific range for this A+. not that i know of yet anyway. rumour has it that the grade is based on impression marking? as said, miserable luck we have.

SIGH.

I'M FINALLY DONE WITH IT AND I HAVE GREAT NEWS AMANDA, THE BOOK IS STILL PERFECTLY INTACT!

IMO, i strongly prefer DIGITAL FORTRESS over this, sorry dan brown. i actually dozed off halfway through the ramblings of philosophy.. religions.. and ancient histories. (i'm not religious so that might be the reason why =S) my advice will be, you're done with the book after the antagonist dies. yeah, whatever comes later - doesnt matter much to me. nevertheless it was a thrilling read and i like the unpredictable twist during the climax. XD so marc devan, you may regurgitate your words about my reading speed back.

still cant get that A+ thing off my mind. brrrr. my brain cannot accept abrupt changes. X.X
